You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use our Services. By placing an order or submitting a consultation request, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
While we do not require account registration to browse or shop, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials associated with your interactions with us. You agree to provide a valid email address for order confirmations and support correspondence. All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors at any time. Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable sales tax, which will be calculated and communicated during order confirmation.

Submitting an order through our cart checkout constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by Abilene Auto Trader. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or restrictions on shipping to certain locations within the contiguous United States.
Payment is collected after order confirmation through secure methods communicated by our team. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment details or declined transactions.
We ship to the 48 contiguous United States. Standard shipping is $8.99; orders of $99 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to our return authorization process. Items that have been installed, used, or damaged are not eligible for return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting returned merchandise.
To initiate a return, email contact@abileneautotrader.com with your order details. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Initial vehicle consultations are offered at no charge and do not create a professional mechanic-client relationship. Recommendations are provided for informational purposes based on the details you supply. You are solely responsible for decisions regarding product purchases, installation, and vehicle modifications.
Extended or custom sourcing services may incur fees, which will be disclosed and agreed upon before work begins.

Manufacturer warranties on individual products are passed through to the customer as described on product pages. We assist with warranty claims but are not the manufacturer.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ABILENE AUTO TRADER AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, PRODUCT INSTALLATION, OR RELIANCE ON CONSULTATION ADVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Abilene Auto Trader from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of products, improper installation, or infringement of third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
